Idler locking/not rotating

Cause:Dust,water,or mud entering bearings;worn bearings;lack of lubrication.

Solution:Use multi-labyrinth sealed idlers;clean foreign materials;replace bearings or whole idler.

Belt misalignment

Cause:Uneven installation,worn idlers,uneven loading.

Solution:Install self-aligning idlers;adjust installation position;ensure centered feeding.

Excessive running resistance

Cause:Small diameter,poor lubrication,damaged bearings,misalignment.
