Drive Roller is the core pulley that transfers motor power to the conveyor belt through friction.It is usually installed at the head section of the conveyor,matched with a motor and reducer to provide stable driving force for the whole conveying system.

The surface can be processed with rubber lagging(smooth/herringbone/ceramic)to increase friction,prevent slipping,improve driving efficiency and protect the pulley body.
