This idler uses a tapered/conical roller structure.When the conveyor belt drifts to one side,the different linear speeds on the tapered surface produce an automatic centering force,gently pulling the belt back to the middle position without manual adjustment.It effectively prevents belt edge wear,material spillage and frame friction.
