How to Maintain Conveyor Rollers
1.Regular Inspection
Check for abnormal noise, shaking,or jamming during operation.
Look for severe wear, deformation,or rust on the roller surface.
Check if rollers rotate smoothly without resistance.
2.Keep Clean
Remove dust, powder, mud, and debris that can block bearings.
Clean roller surfaces to prevent material buildup.
3.Lubrication(for lubricated models)
Use high-temperature,waterproof,anti-dust grease if required.
Lubricate at regular intervals based on working conditions.
Do not overlubricate—it attracts dust.
4.Replace Worn Parts in Time
Replace rollers that:
Do not rotate
Are badly worn or bent
Have broken bearings or seals
Timely replacement avoids damaging belts, increasing energy use,or safety risks.
5.Protect the Working Environment
Avoid long-term exposure to strong corrosion, high humidity,or high temperature.
Use stainless steel, waterproof,or dustproof rollers in harsh environments.
6.Correct Installation&Adjustment
Ensure rollers are aligned and parallel to avoid belt deviation.
Do not use excessive force during installation to prevent shaft or bearing damage.
